A wonderful Worthy Park release from Italian independent bottler Hidden Spirits. This expression is part of its geography-focused collection Rum Journey, which celebrates sense of place through the flavour profiles of its bottlings. This Jamaica-themed rum was distilled in 2015 and has been aged for a total of eight years, three of which were in a tropical climate. Cooked tropical fruits comes through on the nose, alongside citrus, passionfruit and caramel on the palate. The finish offers a pattering of sweet spices.
