Palate: As this rum sits in the glass it’s opening up nicely, with zesty citrus on the front of the palate, a lively rum with exotic fruits and dry spices, some candied lemon peel and sweet pineapple, herbal edges of cloves and a little sweet grass add to the finish of this taste forward Rum.
