Aged for 13 years in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, the team describe it as “fresh and zingy” with mango, pear, lemongrass, citrus fruits and honey notes, all set within a waxy texture. A total of 248 bottles have been released at 50.2% ABV, at natural colour and with no chill-filtration.
