This 11 year-old, single cask, Fijian rum from The Whisky Jury is limited to 292 bottles. The South Pacific Distillery is located in Lautoka in Fiji. The rum was distilled in 2012 and created using a three-column continuous still.
Bottled in 2023, this beautiful rum embodies the unique flavour profile of Fijian rum-making. Rather than the usual fruity, sugary flavours you'd expect from a rum, this offers olive oil and vegetal notes. A truly unique bottling.
