This rum comes from Four Square distillery who pride themselves as being a family business, distilling and maturing rums on site
Nose: A nicely aromatic nose with some ripe fruits and soft dry spices, corned toffee and hints of pears, mango melon and peach. Crispy coated candy apples and rhubarb
Palate: :Lots of rich is full flavours, dry oak and tangy spices, opal fruits with a hint of pepper, vanilla pod and buttercream, aniseed and okra, frothy coffee and a vegetal note to balance out the palate so its never overly sweet or dry.
