An Islay single malt finished in a sherry cask to deliver a rich elegant coastal single malt.
Nose: Walking into a bakers shop with a warm baked fruit sponge, ground almonds with a honey drizzle, some cocoa nibs and a little dash of strawberry jam and cream.
Palate: The palate is just as rich as the nose with layers of taste from the start. Some chocolate with Dates and raisins on the front of the palate, the mid palate becomes thicker with dark fruits and spices. Lingering smooth flavours with the hint of pepper and spice.
