Nose: A rich complex nose, some dry edge of sweet and dry spices, hints of cedar, candied banana and dried orange peel, citrus and vanilla pod.
Palate: A very taste forward opening with lots of texture across the palate olives and hints of parchment, a waxiness opens the palate to reveal a more tangy fruit note with a touch of lemon and soft orange tones, salted caramel and hints of smoked paprika.
It's a nicely complicated rich tasting Rum
