1992 年に非公開の蒸留所で蒸留され、その後 31 年間樽で熟成されたこの古くて希少なウイスキー。エリクサー蒸留所によるシングルモルトオブスコットランド、マリアージュオブカスクシリーズの一部としてリリースされました。

鼻: 粉砂糖とシナモンをまぶした温かいアップルパイ。

味わい：オイリーで粘度があり、リンゴやカンファレンス洋ナシが前面に出てくる。ドライなスパイスとバターのようなペストリーが続きます。
