ペリエジュエの豪華な中量級シャンパーニュ。グランブリュットはシャルドネ 20% を使用し、残りをピノノワールとムニエに分けて造られます。澱とともに最低3年以上熟成させ、きめ細かな泡とほんのり蜂蜜のような上品な飲み心地が特徴です。鶏肉や柑橘類を使った料理との相性が抜群の素晴らしいフィズです。

鼻：すぐにバターのような香りがあり、バニラ、新鮮な果樹園のフルーツ、花の香りがあり、ブリオッシュやペストリーの香りが漂います。
