ここの美しいシャンパン、ペリエ ジュエ ベル エポックは、ブランドを象徴するリリースです。セラーマスターのエルヴェ・デシャンが収穫が並外れた品質であると判断した年にのみ造られます。そのため、ペリエ ジュエの歴史は 1902 年に遡るにもかかわらず、ベル エポックのヴィンテージは 30 未満しかリリースされていません。シャルドネ50％、ピノ・ノワール45％、ムニエ5％をブレンドし、最低6年間熟成させます。あらゆるお祝い事に最適な、絶妙なフィネスを備えた上品なシャンパン。

新鮮な花と白い果実が最初に感じられ、次に繊細なトースト感と青リンゴの香りが続きます。美しくバランスが取れており、驚くほど正確です。
