This elegant single malt offers green apple and croissant notes, alongside milk chocolate, butter icing and sweet spices. Tasting notes:

Nose: An aromatic nose opens with lemon peels and cut grass notes, lifted by fresh green apple and melon. Milk chocolate follows, along with raspberries, butter icing, and a touch of pear drop sweets. Vanilla pods, croissants and iced buns provide an even sweeter complement, kept balanced with a touch of black pepper.

Palate: A gentle, elegant palate opens with an abundance of citrus peels and sweet spices. The orchard fruits are more cooked now – think: pear tatin, golden syrup and vanilla custard. Fruit salad sweets and pineapple come through, with a touch of pepper and chilli spice to add texture.

Finish: Long with lingering dessert notes and baking spices
