トバモリーとして知られるのどかなマル島蒸留所で造られた、豊かでよく熟成したシェリーカスクの搾りです。蒸留酒自体は油っぽいテクスチャーで、強烈なピートの香りと古い木造船が特徴です。
香り: リッチでフルーティーなシェリーのスモーキーさ、フェノールの美しいバランス、海藻、軽いクレオソート、乾燥チリフレーク、スパイシーな黒コショウと甘いオークの香り。
味: 力強くリッチなシェリー、ハーブのスモーキーなフレーバー、オレンジピール、コーヒー、微かな海塩、タバコ、白コショウ。
フィニッシュ: 長く、かなり刺激的で、煙が多くなり、甘草と波しぶきの香りが漂います。
