鼻： 鼻を開く煙と乾燥したピートの煙、干し草のロフトとくすぶっているオークの杖、ハーブのタッチ、コショウ、羊皮紙、ワックスのような香り。
口蓋： 海岸沿いのノートが多く、少量のミネラルとドライローストナッツ、ビルディングスモークとピート、塩キャラメルと焚き火トフィーアップル、長いスモークとピートのフィニッシュが均等になり、豊かで口を覆うトーストしたフルーツケーキが現れます。
