A beautifully balanced 14-year-old Kilchoman, released as part of the distillery’s 20th Anniversary Cask Series! This one has been drawn from five ex-bourbon barrels, for a lush, smooth yet powerful single malt. Each whisky in the collection was hand-picked by distillery founder Anthony Wills to celebrate the team’s skill, dedication and perseverence over the last two decades.
Official tasting notes:
Nose: Soft and full-bodied with rich caramel and toffee, complemented by hints of lemon zest and subtle peat smoke.
Palate: Lush and smooth, with sweet toffee and vanilla, followed by lemon curd notes and a light, integrated peat smoke.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering honey sweetness and a crisp, smoky citrus finish.
