Distilled back in 1991, during a time considered the golden age for production in Ireland, the expression is a vatting of four carefully selected ex-bourbon barrels from an undisclosed distillery. Each builds a layer of profound complexity into this intricate single malt. Vibrant tropical fruit notes are grounded in velvety chocolate, elegant spices and aromatic oak, all enveloped in a sumptuous, creamy texture. Nose: Pineapple, passionfruit, fresh peach, liquorice, sweet spices
Palate: Cooked banana, fresh melon, mango, dark florals, aromatic oak and tobacco box spices
