Nose: A sweet and complex nose that's very tempting indeed with Poached pear, zesty candied orange, ground ginger, some floral hints of cut grass and lavender, some leather and oak, spices with a hint of citrus oil.
Palate: Lots of rich flavours on the front of the palate, With rich dried apricot, some crushed almond and soft chewy caramel, hints of sweet spices including a soft ginger, some nutty tones return with walnut sauce, hints of peaches and hard candies.
