ワイン製造過程で廃棄されたステムの種と皮を使用して作られたウォッカ。

鼻：新鮮な甘い果樹園のフルーツ、リンゴ、甘い梨、トーストしたアーモンドと柔らかいコショウの香りを添えたフランスのパティスリー。

口蓋： 洋梨とリンゴのバランスが取れたトロピカルフルーツもあれば、口に含むと滑らかな芳醇さが感じられるものもあれば、生産者が「味が混ざり合っている」と正当に表現した豊かなグアバの香りを感じるものもある。
