Whisky Sponge is back with another tremendous independent bottling, this time from an undisclosed Speyside distillery coined ‘Gone Grant’. Apparently the single malt is from a maker that sounds like ‘cap her sporran itch’. But who can say. The whisky itself was distilled back in 1993 and filled into a second-fill barrel where it aged for 31 years. Presented at natural cask strength, it offers an easy-drinking, full-bodied sipping experience.
