This design, combined with the use of unpeated malt, helped define Glen Grant’s signature style: crisp, floral, and fruit-driven.

The distillery’s water comes from the Caperdonich Well, and fermentation is relatively long, encouraging the development of delicate esters that carry through into the new make spirit.
