ガイアナのエンモア産のこの特徴的なラム酒は、Rum Sponge によって Edition No.24 に選ばれました。このボトルにはかなり複雑な樽の歴史があります。この液体は元々、ガイアナで 5 年以上熟成された 2 つのリフィル樽から採取されたもので、その後英国に移されました。
その後、それらの樽の 1 つは激しく焦げたホッグスヘッドに再度澱引きされ、もう 1 つはアメリカン オークの STR バリックに再び澱引きされました。次に、液体を一緒にブレンドし、その後 2 つの樽に戻して熟成を続けました。
