Caisteal Dùbh 15 Year Old Highland Blended Malt 48% 70cl
A brilliant blended malt here from the team behind Stewart Whisky Company, which releases the Stiùbhart collection of independent bottlings. Made using a recipe of single malts from Highland distilleries, every component part of this release has been aged for at least 15 years. The last portion of this time was a vatting and marrying process in a single sherry butt. Released at 48% ABV, it’s a robust, oily whisky, offering notes of wood spice, dried fruits, and sumptuous polished leather.
