味: 海岸の煙が最初に当たります。海藻と塩水しぶきの波が、甘く煮たリンゴと厚いマジパンで覆われたフルーツたっぷりのクリスマスケーキに取って代わられます。
フィニッシュ：砂糖漬けのナッツ、スターアニス、洋梨の香りが長くスパイシー。
