This 11-year-old expression is made with fully traceable organic barley and was distilled back in 2011. Aged mostly in first-fill barrels, ex-wine casks also make up a portion of this unpeated single malt. The buttery nose offers banana and citrus notes, while cereal tones and herbal touches come through on the palate.
