The triumphant return of Blue Spot Irish whiskey! Mitchell & Son has revived this cherished whiskey, once a much-loved staple on the shelves until it's disappearance in the 1960's. Matured in a blend of bourbon. sherry and Madeira casks, this triple-distilled, 7 year-old single pot still Irish whiskey is a bold and pronounced dram. 

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Freshly baked gingerbread, banana custard and apple pie with toasted almonds.

Palate: Black and Sichuan pepper crackle on the tongue before giving way to an exceptionally creamy mouthfeel. Vanilla, green apple, white peach and lemon peel dominate with soft note of toasted hazelnut running through.

Finish: Fruit and nuts coated in milk chocolate.
