そう、あの有名なビターズの生産者もラム酒を作っているのです！トリニダード産のさわやかでライトなブレンドラムです。香りが高く、ミキシングに最適で、元バーボン樽で5年間熟成されています。この蒸留所には、さまざまなスタイルのラムを製造するための一連の塔式蒸留器が敷地内にあり、その事業の歴史は 1824 年まで遡ります。
鼻： 軽いのにバターのような風味があり、ピリッとしたレモン、ココナッツ、バニラにクローブやその他の甘いスパイスが加わります。
口蓋： 完熟バナナ、マンゴー、ほのかにパパイヤを含む、豊かなトロピカルフルーツがたっぷり。繊細なナツメグもあります。
仕上げる： 短めですが、優しくスパイスが効いていて温まります。
