Borderies Cognac is often used as the signature heart of Camus blends, lending them a distinctive fragrance and smooth texture.

Production and House Style

Camus Cognac is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, with an emphasis on capturing the most aromatic fractions of the spirit. Maturation takes place in fine-grained French oak barrels, with careful control over toasting levels to preserve fruit vibrancy while adding layers of vanilla, spice, and subtle tannin.
