An elegant Blanco Tequila made using aged agave plants and a traditional oven. Graceful, vibrant and crisp, the expressive spirit is presented in a traditional Talavera decanter made by local artisans.
Tasting note:
Nose: Fresh with orange, lemongrass and crisp green apple. Soft vanilla and lemongrass come through, along with a herbal rocket leaf greenness.
Palate: The nose evolves with more tropical fruits and citrus peels, plus an aromatic, eucalyptus-like leafiness. Tea notes add depth.
Finish: Medium length with lingering soft pepper.
