Hergestellt in einer familiengeführten Lowland-Destillerie
Nase: Sommerzeit im Garten mit frischen Erdbeeren und mit Honig glasierten Brötchen, einige süße Gewürze wie Zimt, Schokolade und Malzbrot runden die Nase dieses sehr schönen Single Malts ab.
Gaumen: Von Anfang an eine klassische Sherry-Note, die aber auch viel mehr als nur eine Sherry-Fass-Note ist. Cremiger, weicher Orangenfondant mit glasierter kandierter Schale. Tropische, weiche, süße Früchte wie Ananas oder Granatapfel. Frischer Apfelstrudel oder Obstkuchen mit Sahnedressing und einem Hauch Erdbeere.
Einige nussige Töne, kräftige Gewürze mit einem Hauch von Melone und Aprikosen, weich gebackene Löffelbiskuits.
