Nose: With hints of crushed almonds and spices to open the aromas from this rich Rye whiskey, orchard fruits of ripe apples and soft pears, some herbal notes, with cracked black and pink pepper with a touch of vanilla.
Palate: The palate is a rich mix of spices and orchard fruits, some of the tangy notes on the nose arrive across the palate, with a touch of baked apple pie, touches of spiced honey and dark molasses fresh minty notes with a hint of cane sugar, cloves and caramel.
