Small-batch rye whiskey from Willet's. Aged for four years in specially-selected casks.
Nose: Tangy fruity with a rich cherry, fresh baked patisseries' , cinnamon twists, sweet spices, toasted oak and a hint of toffee, some sweet pancakes and jam.
Palate: Opening notes of rich fruit, some toffee tones, dark and sweet tangy cherries, pink pepper, spices and a rich toasted vanilla, some rye and a little soft peach and spiced apricots.
