Palate: Soft dark fruits, hints of damson's and honey, summer fruits and sweet spices, dried fruits mingle with a chocolate and soft fruit fill sponge with vanilla cream, velvety rich mid palate of dark fruit and cocoa grows, a very rich and smooth finish with a flourish of winter spices and whipped fudge, dark red grapes and a touch of honey.
