A classic tasting old school sherry cask dram that hits the mark on all fronts.
Nose: Perfectly balanced aromas on the nose, with forest fruits, golden honey, spiced red apples, sweet almonds, toasted fruit teacakes, toffee and hints of salted caramel, followed by almonds, blackcurrant and a hint of spice.
Palate: The palate is alive with some incredible flavours, Turkish delight gives us some sweet floral notes like rose petals, tropical fruit, cherry and creamy toffee, some dry spices and soft toffee and whipped vanilla cream, toward the finish some drying spices like ginger add another layer to the dram.
