Tobermory 17 Year Old 2003 Madeira Cask Finish 54.2% - 70cl
Nose: Creamy with some hints of peach and soft woody spices, hints of candied lemon and orange peel, toasted fruit loaf, some herbal sweet tones, floral tones adding to the mix on the nose here alongside hints of toasted almond and crushed walnuts.
Palate: From the moment this dram hits the palate we have a very nice hit of grapes and sweet caramel notes, hints of toffee and walnut brittle, sliced peppers add a freshness to the mid palate before a smooth and rounded finish of dark dried fruits, sweet spices and a little fresh cut tobacco leaf.
