Iconic Speyside distillery The Macallan taps into its celebratory side with A Night on Earth in Scotland – an expression that recalls all things Hogmanay. Hogmanay is the name given to 31 December celebrations in the country, which centre the joy of the new year. These rituals are depicted on the outside pack, along with other rituals to mark the moment from around the world. The whisky itself is drawn from both American and European sherry-seasoned oak casks, resulting in an array of dried orange and spice notes. The Macallan recommend sipping it with a side of shortbread!
