Made using Oloroso and PX sherry casks, as well as some ex-red wine barrels, it offers an array of rich, bold, slightly festive notes. Honeyed fruit and dark chocolate arrive on the nose, ahead of sweet spices and cocoa nibs. A fantastic whisky to cosy up with.
