This Tequila is rested for 2 months post distillation.
Nose: If you like the spicy side of Tequila this hits the mark, pepper, cinnamon, hints of cloves, some crispy green beans add a vegetable tone, cracked black pepper, hints of black tea and spices. Some creamy tones with fresh baked apple, soft almond blossom.
Palate: An almost perfect mirroring of the nose happens across the whole palate, Lots of peppers and spices also come into play, some sweet tones like hard boiled sweets, hints of a spice and citrus mix, the agave has worked wonders on the palate with its rich and smooth sweetness intermingling with the robust power of the spices.
