Made using Mashbill 1 (understood to be 89.5% corn, 7% rye, and 3.5% malted barley), it offers a whole array of brown sugar, red cherry, milk chocolate and baking spice notes. This is Stagg’s 2025 ‘D’ bottling, the last one in the calendar year.
