Created back in 1920 by the Pilla Brothers in Venice, the recipe has not changed in 100 years of production, with 30 botanicals used to make this taste driven Spritz deliver across the palate. 

Botanicals include, Rhubarb roots, juniper berries. 

Nose: Vibrant and citrus with springtime grass, some rich oak aged balsamic, spices with a little twist of bitter tangy notes. 

Palate: A nice play across the palate as this Spritz opens with a soft yet building citrus and subtle honey, spices flow across the palate alongside a bitter sweet tangy flavour, fruity and rounded at all times on the palate.
