Nose: Some winter fruits, rich cereal notes, some fresh Hops, with orchard fruits and sweet spices, a little hint of sweet oak sap and vanilla pod.
Palate: A nice lift on the front of the palate with some chocolate and spice, some vanilla and sliced orchard fruits, pears with a little honey and ginger, a nice rounded finish that grows nicely with some light sweet spice and a little hint of pepper, some creamy notes add a nice depth to the finish.
