Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
Nose: A notable rich light and fresh start with sweet orchard fruits like Apples and delicate notes of pears start to build up to become fully rounded aromas, with a touch of nuttiness and citrus fruits.
Palate: springtime honeysuckle, soft notes like gala melon, a moment more we find a rather deliciously peppery and nutty tone, some soft light citrus and apple, with a balanced of spices to round the palate off perfectly.
