Nose: Buttery shortbread with toasted fruit buns, cinnamon toast with a little honey and coconut flakes.
Palate: Bakers shop flavours hit the palate, sponge cake with a strawberry jam some lightly dusted sugared almonds, vanilla cream and baking spices. Some lightly spied fruits with toffee and nutmeg in the finish.
