A gorgeous mid-weight Champagne from the House of Perrier-Jouët. Grand Brut is made with 20% Chardonnay grapes with the remainder split between Pinot Noir and Meunier. It spends a minimum of three years maturing on its lees, and it offers an elegant, slightly honeyed drinking experience with fine bubbles. A superb fizz that works wonderfully with chicken and citrus-led dishes.
Nose: Immediately buttery, there are vanilla, fresh orchard fruit and floral aromas in with brioche and pastry notes.
Palate: Light and precise, with honeysuckle and citrus notes alongside peach and even hazelnut.
