This is a very balanced single malt from the Miyagikyo Distillery
A very clean elegant single malt that delivers across the palate from the first sip.
Nose: Fruity sherry like notes, soft vanilla and honey, some hints of organic aromas flow in with ease.
Palate: The sherry cask influence plays nicely across the front of the palate, hints of forest fruits, some light creamy peach and pear notes add a delightful mid palate, more of the warming smooth notes from the front of the palate arrive to the sweet spicy and fruity finish.
