Nose: Some mellow creamy notes, sweet vanilla, apricot, ripe pears, apple, alongside some mineral notes, salty-sea spray, peat smoke. more akin to Islay in many respects on the nose.
Palate: Sweet and fresh with a mouth-coating oily richness, some rich and forward spice, citrus and salty notes adding to the mid palate before we head into a more sweet and richly smokey finish.
