Nose: Creamy fruity complexity on the front of the nose, soft toffee and caramel chews, hints of oak spice, shortbread, and honey, a delightfully rounded and mellow rich nose. 

Palate: A creamy smooth soft and fruity start, very rounded across the front and mid palate, soft golden honey, crispy apples, peach and toffee, soft ginger snap notes, a little creamy fudge, soft spices.
