Matured in a refill bourbon cask to allow the full flavour of the distillate shine on its own.
Nose: Vanilla and orchard fruits from the start, with a rich and mellow creamy aroma of candied Orange and lemon peel, soft white fruits like sweet apples and hints of pears.
Palate: The opening on the palate is extremely smooth and fruity, and elegant vanilla and and soft citrus taste flows across the palate, some soft toasted cereal, hints of soft spices and some pepper, creamy citrus notes and sweet red apples with a touch of vanilla custard and soft melon and peach.
