Milk & Honey Apex  Pomegranate Wine Cask - 59.5% - 70cl

Nose: A smooth and sweet aroma opens with some ripe pomegranate, creamy notes of vanilla and butterscotch, some spicy notes adding a nice layer to the nose, earthy rich, some minty freshness and apple pie with vanilla cream. 

Palate: Some nice fruity tones on the front of the palate, figs and succulent dates, soft building herbal notes arrive in the mid palate, some fresh baked shortbread, pomegranate, and some tangy spiced herbal notes with a hint of toasted oak. The finish is long and rich with a dry fruit and cereal tone.
