Nose: A fresh sweet and full bodied Cherry notes, soft sweet shortcrust pastry, some nice bakewell tart aromas of almond paste and cherry preserve, a nice zestiness adding to the rich nose.
Palate: With some sweet and sour candy notes on the front this is a great start to this liqueur, some sour cherries for the opening of the palate, rather jammy and rich as it coats the palate, cognac richness in the mid to late palate, some nice sweet acidity, creamy and rich in the finish.
