Speyside Single Malt Whisky 

Nose: With a fresh and sweet aroma of orchard fruits, green apples, underripe pears, some tangy citrus aromas flow forward, hints of gooseberry and white chocolate buttons, soft herbal tones, with cloves and a hint of fennel. 

Palate: Fresh cut spring grass, citrus and fresh tones coat the palate, soft vanilla, toasted sesame seed, light baked sones, soft peach, flaked almonds and cracked pepper, a little dry spice and soft citrus acidity, some Scottish tablet adds a sweet yet dry edge in the rather enjoyable finish.
