Matured in an interesting combination of woods, Ex-Bourbon smoky recipe. Smoky Fresh Oloroso. Smoke and extra smoke, American oak & ex-bourbon. Smoke tail, ex-bourbon. Oloroso new and first fill. American Oak pre-stored elegant recipe. Swedish oak cask saturated with Cloudberry wine. Ex-Bourbon elegant recipe.
Nose: Smoke, peat with notes raisins and crushed tobacco leaf, cedar wood shavings, some vanilla and creamy caramel and honey, tangy fresh tones of junipers, ginger, toasted oak with some sandalwood and dried peaches.
Taste: More complexity with the palate arrives with some smoked fruit, herbs and soft mineral tones building the palate up more and more, chocolate and honey, some rich ginger root and almond paste, a hint of waxiness and peach, aniseed and pepper, dried dark fruits, with a rich lingering finish of berries and soft herbal notes, some butterscotch and soft vanilla pod, smoke, and exotic fruits rounding things off nicely.
